Fukuoka-based producer, remixer and DJ. Around 2002 Olive Oil started OILWORKS with painter and VJ Popy Oil, a Kyushu label and crew that does everything in-house, from pressing and distributing records, tapes and apparel to running tours in Japan and abroad. The formats keep changing, from the cassette-only beat tape PROTO TAPE to the jazz mix SOURCE JAZZ, and October 2026 brought VITAMIN O, the seventh album.
