SPRING LOVE

Launched in 1998 as a free festival at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo, prompted by the 1997 Kyoto Protocol conference. After a hiatus, it returned in 2009 as SPRING LOVE Harukaze. What began as a small hanami gathering among festival crew has grown into a free culture event drawing families, music fans, and international visitors alike — two days where music, art, and food intersect in the heart of the city.
