ASAGIRI JAMは、静岡県富士宮地域の霧に包まれた高原で開催される。富士山麓が形作る天然の円形劇場が、エレクトロニック・ミュージックにこの世のものとは思えない舞台を与えている。フェスティバルはアンビエントなサウンドスケープとより深みのあるエレクトロニック・ジャンルを融合させ、山間の地に漂う神秘的な雰囲気を存分に活かしている。こぢんまりとした規模感と、自然に抱かれながらのサウンド実験への注力で知られる。
