Resonance

Resonance takes its name from the Latin *resonare*—to sound back—and, true to that etymology, is built on the idea of treating the process itself as art: stimuli received from the outside world reverberating inward to generate a new sense of harmony. Cutting across club culture, installation art, and neuroscience, the project expands the event from something merely "to be viewed" into an experience of perception itself. Emerging suddenly out of Kawaguchi's factory district, the lush, 3,000-tsubo grounds of Oizumi Factory's "OKS KAWAGUCHI CAMPUS" provide the open setting for two special days in which sound and body resonate as one.
